Marco histórico da AAM alcançado: A primeira corrida UAM eVTOL do mundo começa a voar

Jetson Inc. released today the full video compilation of a groundbreaking event: the world’s first UAM eVTOL (Urban Air Mobility electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) race, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of urban air mobility. This pioneering competition earlier this month, showcased the incredible potential of eVTOL technology and set the stage for an all-new competition format. 

The race featured a thrilling lineup of the highly anticipated Jetson ONE eVTOL aircraft, captivating viewers with its sleek design and agile performance.

Pilots navigated the challenging sloped track and flew close to pylons and nearby competitors, creating an intense and exhilarating experience for both participants and spectators.

This flight is even more memorable as this was the first C-suite eVTOL race. That’s correct. Company CEO Stéphan D’haene joined the race together with Jetson founder and CTO Tomasz Patan and Chief Pilot Andrea Spresian. Hence the C-suite race.

The team’s enthusiasm for a re-race is palpable, as they eagerly anticipate the next opportunity to push the boundaries of eVTOL racing.

The participation of the company’s first production model, SN1, added the 3^rd special touch to the event, underscoring the significance of this historic moment. The other 2 vehicles were the company’s latest pre-production demo units.

The race not only showcased the technological prowess of eVTOL aircraft but also highlighted the potential for these vehicles to revolutionize urban transportation
