Beyond Aero is developing a hydrogen-electric business aircraft designed to combine the operating advantages of electric propulsion with the range and cabin expectations of business aviation. The six-passenger BYA-I is engineered around fuel cells, gaseous hydrogen storage and advanced thermal management, with a spacious stand-up cabin, low-noise operation and a propulsion architecture designed to reduce operating costs and direct emissions. Founded in 2020, Beyond Aero has grown to more than 80 team members across Toulouse, Paris and Los Angeles. The company has raised over $50 million, secured $2 billion in Letters of Intent, and completed France’s first manned fully hydrogen-electric flight.

DTA Aircraft has been designing and building aircraft in France since 1990, primarily gyroplanes and trikes, with 595+ machines flying across 33+ countries and 300,000+ cumulated flight hours. Its new aircraft, the JP1, is a two-seater hybrid-electric personal eVTOL: eight rotors, a whole-airframe ballistic parachute, and two real hours of flight with two people on board.
