The prototype behaved as predicted by our models.\u201d Luiz Valentini, Chief Technology Officer at\u00a0EVE,\u00a0declared\u00a0after the test.<\/p>\n<p>The Brazilian eVTOL developer plans to manufacture six conforming prototypes for use in its flight test campaign, which will be closely\u00a0monitored\u00a0by ANAC,\u00a0Brazil\u2019s Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the primary authority when it comes to obtaining the aircraft\u2019s type certificate.<\/p>\n<p>EVE plans to keep pushing the testing envelope further throughout 2026, while in principle targeting 2027 for its AAM eVTOL aircraft certification and entry into service.<\/p>\n<p>This fully\u00a0electric\u00a0aircraft, a full-size\u00a0mockup\u00a0of which\u00a0AeroTime\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aerotime.aero\/articles\/eve-air-mobility-cco-megha-bhatia-shares-go-to-market-vision-long-term-outlook\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">had the chance to inspect<\/span><\/a>\u00a0during the 2025 Paris Air Show, is designed to carry one pilot and four passengers (with luggage) over distances of around 100 km.<\/p>\n<p>...
