A new strategic agreement brings AI-powered fleet management software to the Omani aviation sector to support the growth of advanced air mobility

AeroVecto Aviation Services and Vigelon have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen the infrastructure for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and aviation maintenance within Oman.
Under the terms of the agreement, AeroVecto Aviation Services (AVAS), the aviation services division of AeroVecto, will act as the local partner for the Canadian-based software developer Vigelon. AVAS is tasked with the distribution and support of Vigelon’s AI-powered predictive maintenance and fleet management tools, which are specifically designed for advanced air mobility and eVTOL operators.
The collaboration is designed to provide local operators with access to specialized maintenance tools while ensuring close coordination with regulators to maintain alignment with national standards. This initiative supports Oman’s national vision for innovation and sustainable urban transport, positioning the country as a focal point for the regional adoption of next-generation aviation technologies.
The companies have indicated that this partnership serves as a foundation for broader technical integration, including potential future links with AeroVecto’s Shuttle platform. By merging localized expertise with predictive software, the entities aim to streamline the transition toward more efficient and sustainable air transport operations.
