La sfida principale \u00e8 stata lo sviluppo di una soluzione da 600 kW che bilanciasse le prestazioni con la stabilit\u00e0 della rete e l'efficienza energetica, in particolare negli ambienti urbani. Petalite ha risolto questo problema grazie alla sua tecnologia di ricarica intelligente e gestita dal carico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il ruolo di Petalite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La tecnologia di Petalite \u00e8 adatta alle esigenze degli eVTOL AAM e UAM, offrendo l'affidabilit\u00e0, la scalabilit\u00e0 e la disponibilit\u00e0 richieste. Questo approccio elimina le limitazioni delle topologie di sorgente di tensione presenti nelle attuali soluzioni di mercato.<\/p>\n<p>Nel corso del progetto, Petalite ha aumentato la densit\u00e0 di potenza del suo PowerCore da 12kW a 20kW, migliorando sia le dimensioni che l'efficienza dei costi. Inoltre, il passaggio dal raffreddamento ad aria a quello a liquido ha migliorato l'efficienza e la longevit\u00e0, riducendo i requisiti di manutenzione.<\/p>\n<p>Parallelamente, il team ha sviluppato un prototipo di colonnina di ricarica e di hub di alimentazione con un'attenzione particolare all'esperienza dell'utente. Caratteristiche come la gestione attiva dei cavi assicurano la facilit\u00e0 d'uso mantenendo alte le prestazioni. Nel corso del progetto, Petalite ha rispettato tutte le tappe tecnologiche, facendo avanzare il suo Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) a 6 e il Technical Readiness Level (TRL) a 7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un passo avanti verso la mobilit\u00e0 aerea avanzata (AAM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A conclusione del progetto, il prototipo di colonnina di ricarica CC e hub di alimentazione di Petalite ha caricato con successo un veicolo elettrico e un drone contemporaneamente.
