The profits will also go towards general working capital and other corporate purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The Offering was executed through a prospectus supplement to the Company\u2019s registration statement on Form F-3. This was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 13 2025, becoming effective on May 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Vertical has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up
