de alta intensidad que el ej\u00e9rcito estadounidense prev\u00e9 cada vez m\u00e1s. Su configuraci\u00f3n de cola permite a un solo operador o a un peque\u00f1o equipo lanzar y recuperar la aeronave desde claros de bosques, tejados urbanos o la cubierta de un peque\u00f1o buque de guerra sin necesidad de equipos externos. Cuando se combina con el sistema operativo Lattice AI de Anduril, varias aeronaves Omen pueden coordinarse de forma aut\u00f3noma, compartir datos de sensores y ejecutar complejos comportamientos de enjambre. La empresa subraya que el dron est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado desde el principio para ser atractivo, es decir, lo suficientemente barato como para emplearlo deliberadamente en misiones de alto riesgo, pero lo suficientemente capaz como para sustituir a plataformas m\u00e1s grandes y costosas en muchas de las funciones que tradicionalmente desempe\u00f1an el MQ-9 Reaper o el ScanEagle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La presentaci\u00f3n llega en un momento en que el Departamento de Defensa busca activamente alternativas de fabricaci\u00f3n estadounidense a los peque\u00f1os UAS extranjeros, en particular los fabricados por la empresa china DJI, que dominan los mercados comercial y militar de gama baja. Anduril presenta el Omen como una opci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n nacional que cumple los requisitos ITAR y que puede ponerse en servicio r\u00e1pidamente en el marco de la iniciativa Replicator del Pent\u00e1gono para la producci\u00f3n en masa de sistemas aut\u00f3nomos. La verificaci\u00f3n independiente sigue pendiente, ya que Omen a\u00fan no ha entrado en fase de producci\u00f3n a gran escala ni de pruebas operativas con clientes militares.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En \u00faltima instancia, Omen ejemplifica el cambio m\u00e1s amplio en las adquisiciones de defensa hacia plataformas de hardware definidas por software y r\u00e1pidamente modificables.
