{"id":4228,"date":"2026-02-11T20:07:09","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T04:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aamnation.com\/?p=4228"},"modified":"2026-02-11T20:07:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T04:07:09","slug":"saudi-arabisches-innenministerium-pruft-evtol-feuerbekampfungsmoglichkeiten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aamnation.com\/de\/2026\/02\/11\/saudi-interior-ministry-explores-evtol-firefighting-options\/","title":{"rendered":"Saudisches Innenministerium pr\u00fcft eVTOL-Optionen f\u00fcr die Brandbek\u00e4mpfung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Geschichte von: Tony Osborne, Bildnachweis: Billy Pix<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/aviationweek.com\">aviationweek.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Das saudische Innenministerium untersucht einen umgebauten chinesischen Ehang eVTOL, der f\u00fcr die Bek\u00e4mpfung von Stadtbr\u00e4nden aus der Luft ausger\u00fcstet ist.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der saudi-arabischen Vision 2030 will die Regierung Technologien einsetzen, um die Sicherheit der Menschen zu erh\u00f6hen, und die Modernisierung der nationalen Brandbek\u00e4mpfungskapazit\u00e4ten hat dabei h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Das saudi-arabische Innenministerium pr\u00fcft mehrere Proof-of-Concept-Projekte, bei denen unbemannte Elektroflugzeuge aus dem aufstrebenden Sektor f\u00fcr fortschrittliche Luftmobilit\u00e4ts-Technologien (AAM) eingesetzt werden, die im Brandfall als Ersthelfer fungieren k\u00f6nnten. Einige von ihnen sind hier auf der World Defense Show 2026 zu sehen.<\/p>\n<p>Darunter befindet sich auch ein umgebautes chinesisches EHang-Elektroflugzeug (eVTOL), das f\u00fcr die Bek\u00e4mpfung von Stadtbr\u00e4nden aus der Luft ausger\u00fcstet ist.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Skylines von St\u00e4dten wie Riad und Dschidda immer h\u00f6here Wolkenkratzer aufweisen, w\u00fcrde das angepasste eVTOL, das im Rahmen des vorgeschlagenen Einsatzkonzepts ferngesteuert geflogen wird, mit auf dem Dach montierten Tr\u00e4germitteln ausgestattet, die stark genug sind, um Glas zu zerschlagen, so dass mehr Tr\u00e4germittel in das Geb\u00e4ude eingeleitet werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Das Flugzeug, das von 16 Motoren angetrieben wird, w\u00fcrde auch 100 Liter Wasser und L\u00f6schmittel mit sich f\u00fchren, die mit hohem Druck auf den Brand gespr\u00fcht werden k\u00f6nnen. Nach getaner Arbeit fliegt es zur\u00fcck zur Feuerwache, um aufgeladen zu werden und f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Notfall bereitzustehen. Das Aufladen dauert etwa 2 Stunden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer Flugh\u00f6he von 600 m k\u00f6nnen die Flugzeuge nach Angaben des Innenministeriums jedes Stockwerk erreichen, au\u00dfer in den h\u00f6chsten Geb\u00e4uden des Landes. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Feuerwachen mit einem oder zwei eVTOLs ausgestattet werden und auf Br\u00e4nde innerhalb eines Aktionsradius von 15 bis 17 km reagieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Da Saudi-Arabien die Nutzung von AAM-Diensten f\u00fcr Passagiere erkunden m\u00f6chte, wird parallel dazu mit den saudischen Luftfahrtbeh\u00f6rden an der Erm\u00f6glichung solcher Tiefflugoperationen gearbeitet. Au\u00dferhalb der St\u00e4dte will das Innenministerium den Flynow eCopter, einen in \u00d6sterreich entwickelten unbemannten Koaxial-Drehfl\u00fcgler, zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Br\u00e4nden in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Der eCopter kann bis zu 150 Liter Wasser oder L\u00f6schmittel transportieren und wird von kleinen St\u00e4dten und D\u00f6rfern aus fliegen, um auf Vorf\u00e4lle wie Autobr\u00e4nde zu reagieren. Wie der Ehang zur Brandbek\u00e4mpfung ist auch der eCopter ein Proof of Concept. Flynow wird die eCopter voraussichtlich in den kommenden Jahren hier in Saudi-Arabien produzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ministerium will au\u00dferdem bis zu acht L\u00f6schflugzeuge zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Waldbr\u00e4nden anschaffen, die die W\u00e4lder im S\u00fcden des Landes bedrohen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die meisten Besucher Saudi-Arabiens das Land oft mit W\u00fcstensand in Verbindung bringen, findet man im gebirgigen S\u00fcden und S\u00fcdwesten des Landes \u00fcppige gr\u00fcne W\u00e4lder, die eine Rolle f\u00fcr die biologische Vielfalt, die Wasserspeicherung und die Bek\u00e4mpfung der W\u00fcstenbildung spielen.<\/p>\n<p>Zurzeit mietet das saudische Innenministerium L\u00f6schflugzeuge an, die von Air Tractor AT-802, einem umgebauten Landwirtschaftsflugzeug, eingesetzt werden. Es m\u00f6chte diese Leasingvertr\u00e4ge jedoch durch eine eigene, organische Flotte von Thrush 710P Firebird-Flugzeugen mit Turboprop-Antrieb ersetzen, die mehr als 2.500 Liter Wasser oder L\u00f6schmittel auf Br\u00e4nde abwerfen k\u00f6nnen. Das Ministerium hofft, die Flugzeuge bis etwa 2028 einf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>...
